I know that there was a huge kerfuffle over the fact that Roland Deschain is white in the books and the movie is the next cycle and stuff.

HOWEVER,

I saw the movie first AND imagining Idris Elba doing the thing is SO MUCH MORE EPIC, so I am choosing to continue to do so.
